You will see the email address of the technical team inside your software account. 

-Navigate on the left hand side menu or panel.

-Go down or scroll down until the bottom part and you will see a button for "Support Desk".

It will then send you to a different page that gives you instructions whom you should contact for each specific product/ upgrade.

NOTE: This may not be the case on some products. You can contact the given support email / information at the bottom part of your private members area instead.
